Brian K. Towey is an associate attorney with the Stamm Law Firm and works at the Williamsville office.
Brian is a graduate of St. Joseph Collegiate Institute. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from SUNY Fredonia. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Canisius College. He obtained his Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School where he focused his studies on civil litigation and trial practice.
Prior to joining the Stamm Law Firm, Brian worked as a law clerk at a prominent law firm in Buffalo, New York, pursuing personal injury and workers’ compensation claims on behalf of injured clients who were exposed to toxic substances, including asbestos and coke oven emissions, and childhood lead poisoning cases.
He is admitted to practice in New York State and the U.S. District Court Western District of New York.
His practice is focused on plaintiffs’ personal injury and medical malpractice, as well as estate planning, administration, and litigation.
He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the NYS Academy of Trial Lawyers and the NYS Trial Lawyers Association.
