Amanda L. Weber, Esq.

Amanda Weber joined Stamm Law in March 2026, joining the Estate Planning and Estate Administration Departments, with a focus on Special Needs Planning and Estate Litigation. In addition, Amanda handles a variety of associated matters including Guardianships (NY 17-A and NY Article 81), and Social Security Disability Claim Applications and Appeals. 

Amanda obtained her B.A. in Political Science from Niagara University in 2016. In 2019, she obtained her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she worked as a Student Attorney in the Veteran's Disability Field Clinic, representing claimants before the Court of Veteran's Appeals, was a founding member of the Law Student Wellness Committee, and served as the Vice Justice of RWU's chapter of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. 

Amanda has been admitted to practice law in New York, the District of Columbia, and the Western District of New York. She is currently a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the National Association of Social Security Claims Representatives. 

In addition, Amanda is also a New York state approved mediator and frequently appears as a Court-appointed Guardian ad Litem. 

Outside of the office, Amanda can usually be found with a book in her hand and her rescue dogs by her side.
