Bradley J. Stamm, Esq.

Bradley Stamm has been in the private practice of law since 1995, and he is the Managing Partner at Stamm Law. Born in Kenmore, New York, he lived in Williamsville and graduated from Canisius High School in 1987. Brad then attended the College of The Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, graduating with a B.A. in History. He then went on to Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut, where he graduated with honors, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1995.

During law school, Brad was inducted into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. He is published in the Connecticut Probate Law Journal with a Case Comment (1995) and also served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Connecticut Probate Law Journal from 1994-1995. 

Brad is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as in Federal Court for the Western District of New York. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. In 2008, Brad was selected and named to The Super Lawyers of America.

Brad focuses his areas of practice on the following:

  • Asset Protection/Medicaid Applications

  • Civil Trial Litigation including car accidents, slip and fall accidents, medical errors, products liability and other personal injury matters

  • Corporate/Business Formation, Counseling, Guidance and Litigation

In 2022, Brad was honored to be nominated and then elected to The Fellows of the New York Bar Foundation, becoming a Fellow in the Maryann Saccomando Freedman Circle of Giving.
