D. Jeffrey Buckley is an Attorney and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Jeff was admitted as an Attorney in New York in 1994 and focuses his legal practice primarily in the areas of Financial and Estate Planning, Business formation and counseling, retirement plan implementation, succession planning and Estate Administration.  Jeff earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2010.

A native of Ohio, Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University and a Juris Doctor degree from Ohio Northern University.

 Jeff is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates and Elder Law Sections and a member of the Erie County Bar Association’s Surrogate’s Court and Elder Law Committees.

 Jeff is an active member and Past President of both the Western New York Chapter of the Financial Planning Association and the Clarence Rotary Club. 

Jeff is also a former member of the Planning Board for the Town of Clarence.  Jeff has previously served as Vice President of the Amherst Senior Citizen’s Foundation, as a Board Member of the Clarence Senior Center and as a Board Member of both the Amherst and Clarence Chambers of Commerce.

Jeff lives with his wife and four children in Clarence and has served as a coach with the Clarence Soccer Club and both the Amherst and Lockport Youth Hockey organizations.
