Diana is a Paralegal who has been working at Stamm Law for 20 years. She works on pleadings for personal injury and medical malpractice cases including drafting Complaints, Bills of Particulars, Discovery Demands, and Motions. She assists clients with No-Fault applications and any other issues that may arise out of motor vehicle accident cases. Diana also has experience working with evictions and traffic violations.

Diana also assists attorneys in drafting and preparing estate planning documents such as the Stamm Basic 3™ (Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorney, and Wills) as well as Trusts and Life Estate Deeds.
