Emma was born and raised in Western New York. 

At Stamm Law, Emma performs a variety of administrative tasks, such as preparing original Wills for Surrogate’s Court and filing Deeds with the County Clerk, as she works as a Legal Assistant in our Estate Planning and Trust Departments. Emma assists in drafting and executing clients’ estate planning documents, such as the Stamm Basic 3™: Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Health Care Proxies, as well as Irrevocable Trusts, Revocable Trusts, and Life Estate Deeds.

She currently attends the University at Buffalo, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics and Public Affairs, and a minor in Communications.

When Emma is not in class or at Stamm Law, she is coaching youth travel cheerleading.
