Emma was born and raised in Western New York. 

At Stamm Law, Emma performs a variety of administrative tasks, such as preparing original Wills for Surrogate’s Court and filing Deeds with the County Clerk, as she works as a Legal Assistant in our Estate Planning and Trust Departments. Emma assists in drafting and executing clients’ estate planning documents, such as the Stamm Basic 3™: Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Health Care Proxies, as well as Irrevocable Trusts, Revocable Trusts, and Life Estate Deeds.

She currently attends the University at Buffalo, majoring in law and psychology.

When Emma is not in class or at Stamm Law, she is coaching youth travel cheerleading.
