At Stamm Law, Emma works as a Paralegal in our Estate Planning/Trust Department. She assists in drafting and executing clients’ estate planning documents, such as the Stamm Basic 3™: Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Health Care Proxies, as well as Irrevocable Trusts, Revocable Trusts, and Life Estate Deeds.

Emma also performs a variety of other administrative tasks, such as preparing original Wills for Surrogate’s Court and filing Deeds with the County Clerk.

Emma was born and raised in Western New York. She currently attends the University at Buffalo, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics and Public Affairs, and a minor in Communications.
