Madeline was born and raised in Western New York. She attended St. Gregory the Great and Nardin Academy before graduating from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, minor in public relations, and concentration in media marketing.

Madeline graduated from University at Buffalo School of Law with her J.D. in May 2024 and sat for the July 2024 NYS BAR Exam.

She was officially sworn in to the Fourth Judicial Department of New York as an attorney and counselor at law on January 15, 2025.

At Stamm Law, Madeline works primarily in Trusts and Estates. She assists clients in planning their estate with estate planning documents such as the Stamm Basic 3™: Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxies, as well as Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Life Estate Deeds, and more.

Madeline also has experience in Family Law as she completed an externship at Childrens Legal Center during her third year of law school, and continues to appear in Family Court representing clients in custody and visitation, child support, and matrimonial related issues.

Madeline manages Stamm Law’s marketing, including advertising, social media, community partnerships, website design, and more.
