Marissa Modica DeMonstoy, Esq.
Ms. DeMonstoy was born and raised in Amherst, New York, where she graduated from the Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart in 2000. Upon graduation, she attended the University at Buffalo, where she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Business summa cum laude in 2004. She studied law at the University at Buffalo School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2012. She was awarded the Albert R. Mugel award for her proficiency in future interests and estate planning law.
Ms. DeMonstoy is licensed to practice law in the State of New York. She is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association.
Ms. DeMonstoy focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Wills/Trusts, Asset Protection, and Estate Probate/Administration.
