Megan E. Martin

Megan was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. She attended Erie Community College, where she pursued studies in psychology and nursing, before continuing her education at Bryant & Stratton College. In 2019, she earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies.

Prior to joining Stamm Law, Megan gained five years of experience handling Estate Administration, Corporate Law, and Banking & Creditors' Rights matters; developing a strong foundation in legal document preparation, client service, and court procedures.

At Stamm Law, Megan is a member of the Estate Planning, Trusts, and Estate Administration departments. She assists with client intake, prepares estate planning and estate administration documents, and manages filings with the New York State Supreme Court and Surrogate's Court.

Megan is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of New York, a member of the New York State Bar Association, and is certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED through the American Red Cross.

In addition to her role at Stamm Law, Megan continues to serve as a Banking Customer Service Specialist with Lake Shore Bank, where she has worked for the past five years. Her combined legal and banking experience provides a unique perspective on the practical and financial aspects of estate planning and estate administration, allowing her to better assist clients as they navigate the legal process.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Megan enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, and photography.
