William R. Crowe, Esq.

Bill is a life-long Buffalonian who received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Syracuse University in 1971. Thereafter, he attended the University at Buffalo School of Law, graduating in 1974 with a Juris Doctor degree.

Bill’s legal career began in the Erie County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant DA where he tried numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. This was followed by service in the New York State Attorney General’s Office where he represented the State and its entities in civil litigation in the New York State Court of Claims.

Upon leaving government service, Bill spent the next sixteen years as a partner in a firm specializing in commercial litigation, collections and bankruptcy. In 2002 he was appointed by the Governor to a six-year term as a member of the New York State Parole Board.

Since joining the Stamm Law Firm, Of Counsel, Bill has focused his practice on Business and Corporate matters; Commercial Transactions; Real Estate; and Bankruptcy matters.

Bill is a member of the Erie County Bar Association.
